MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Possessing marijuana, cocaine and even heroin will no longer be a crime in Mexico if the drugs are carried in small amounts for personal use, under legislation passed by the Mexican Congress.

Start of a trend? One can hope, ending the war on some drugs and some people who use them would be a good thing for America as well as Mexico.
At least it's something. If nothing else, we'll have some more evidence to support our claims that "no, society won't collapse if drugs are legalized."
