BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. -- The investigation into 200 marijuana plants found in a Summit County home cost the county more than 60 man-hours and $3,000 in investigative costs.
The problem is the plants were legal under the state's medical marijuana law, the Summit Daily reported Monday.

There is a very simple solution to this “problem”, stop enforcing marijuana laws. It doesn't matter if the person using the pot is sick, or just wanting to get a buzz. It doesn't matter if someone is making a profit on it. Stop enforcing bad laws, stop wasting tax payers money on bad laws. It doesn't take a genius to come up with a solution, just stop, stop victimizing people for smoking a plant.
